My Vision
At The Dent Whisperer our goal is literally 100% customer satisfaction. I know this is hard to achieve in a service business, but I believe that it can be done. Every day is a new day and by setting reasonable expectations, treating people with respect and then meeting or exceeding the expectations, this goal can be achieved. We walk around the car with every customer before the job and set realistic expectations and prices before we begin any repairs. When we are repairing the vehicle we make sure to meet or beat those expectations at the exact price quoted every time. When we show the customer their car afterward, if they do not feel like we have repaired their vehicle to the level we discussed before the repair then we won’t charge them at all. We are not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive company out there, but we feel that we provide the overall best value. We bring the highest level of craftsmanship, care and attention to detail of any paintless dent repair company out there for reasonable rates.
